Bu araştırmanın amacı Türk imalat sanayi alt sektörlerinde (NACE 2’li kodda) güncel veri seti kullanarak sermaye birikim verisinin oluşturulmasıdır. The accurate computation of the capital, which is different from other inputs as its contribution to production process lasts in the consecutive production cycles with a decreasing rate, is a substantial necessity. The aim of this study is to generate capital stock data of Turkish manufacturing industry’s subsectors (by NACE 2 digits) by utilizing actual data. Perpetual Inventory Method generally applied in capital stock estimation is also applied in this study.
