Paket Tur Sozlesmeleri Yonetmeligi de goz onune alinarak paket tur sozlesmelerinde katilimcinin (tuketici) ve paket tur duzenleyenin haklari ve yukumluluklerinin neler oldugu sozlesmenin ifasinin oncesinde ya da ifasi sirasinda katilimcinin (tuketicinin) sahip olabilecegi haklarin neler oldugu ve nihayetinde paket tur sozlesmesinin sona erme halleri incelenmistir.The subject of this thesis is package tour contracts, which is specially regulated in Article 51 of the Consumer Protection Law. In this respect, the package tour contracts have to contain transportation and accommodation services together, or at least one of these services together with other tourism services that are independent from these services, and these contracts also have to include at least twenty four hours of staying or overnight accommodation.
