Türk Bilim kurgu filmlerinin kültürel etkiler ile yeniden yorumlanmış ve ?Yerelleştirilmiş? filmler olduğu hipotezi 1955- 1987 yılları arasında çekilmiş olan Türk bilim kurgu filmleri üzerinden analiz edilerek desteklenmiştir.This thesis defends the hypothesis that Turkish science fiction movies are not only the reproductions and adaptations of foreign science fiction movies; they are also the examples of a new subgenre with their own special features.
