Kobi'lerin Dijital Dönüşümü: Whatsapp Bu Dönüşümü Kolaylaştıracak Mı? Bir Mikro Kobi Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Türkiye'de ev geliştirme ürünleri sektöründe çalışanı 10'dan az olan Mikro KOBİ'lerin dijital dönüşümünü incelemektedir. İş amaçları için WhatsApp'ı benimsemelerine odaklanan araştırma, iş akışı üzerindeki etkiyi, dijitalleşmeye bakış açılarını ve dış faktörlerin etkisini araştırıyor. 12 Mikro KOBİ ile yapılan görüşmeler aracılığıyla, bu çalışma yenilik benimseme teorilerinin uygulanabilirliğini incelemektedir. Bulgular, bu sektördeki dijital dönüşümün anlaşılmasına katkıda bulunarak benzer işletmelere, politika yapıcılara ve araştırmacılara fayda sağlıyor. The findings contribute to understanding digital transformation in this industry, benefiting similar enterprises, policymakers, and researchers.
