Growing entities which aim to maintain their operations effective and efficient, need toown or develop proper leadership style and corporate culture type. This study explainsthe effects of corporate culture and leadership style on organizational performance andthe relations among them.A research model and related hypothesis are developed for this study. This researchmodel is composed of corporate culture type, leadership styles and operationalperformance factors. In order to test the hypothesis, different types and sizes ofbranches of a private bank in Istanbul and data gathered from 100 employees of thesebranches are analysed by correlation and regression analysis. As conclusion of thisstudy, first the relationships between leadership style-corporate culture type, corporateculture type-organizational performance, leadership style-organizational performanceand then effetcts of corporate culture types and leadership styles on organizationalperformance are analysed and they are found drastically significant.
