Üretim Fonksiyonu ile Tedarik Zinciri İçinde Yer Alan Aktivitelerin Entegrasyonu

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, üretim fonksiyonunun, ilk önce teorik olarak, günümüzde tedarik zinciri devreye girinceye değin geçirdiği evreler incelenmiştir. Daha sonra ise, uygulamada, bir otomobil firmasında bir otomobilin proje döneminden seri üretim aşamasına kadar geçirdiği etaplar ele alınmış, 1990 öncesi dönemde ve günümüzdeki uygulamalar karşılaştırılmıştır. Böylece, örnek olarak alınan otomobil firmasının, rekabet ve pazar koşullarının gerektirdiği esnek üretim kavramına zaman içinde ne derece uyum gösterdiği ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır.

In this thesis study, the phases the production function has evolved through until the present supply chain came to use, is reviewed starting with theoretical analysis. Afterwards, the stages a car goes through in a car company from design stage until mass production stage in application, are discussed and practices in the pre- 1990 period and at the present are compared. Thus, it is sought to reveal to what degree the sample car company has adapted in time, to the flexible production concept required by competitive and market conditions.
