Sscb'nin Dağılmasından Sonra Türk Cumhuriyetleri ve Türkiye İlişkileri

Abstract

SSCB'nin dağılmasından sonra bağımsızlıklarını kazanan Türk Cumhuriyetlerinin bulundukları coğrafyada jeo-politik bir bosluk alanı olusmuş ve bu bölgedeki zengin doğal kaynakları bir cazibe merkezi haline gelmiştir. Enerjiye ve enerji iletisim hatlarına sahip olmak günümüz dünyasının en öncelikli konularından biridir. Bölgeye tarihsel ve coğrafi yakınlığı düşünüldüğünde Türkiye bu konulardan uzak kalmamalı ve politikalarını aktiflestirmelidir.

After the collapse of the USSR in the Turkic Republics' geography there was a politic gap occurred and rich natural resources in this geography became a attraction centre. Having the energy and energy transportation network is one of the most priorities in our world. If we consider the Turkey historically and geographically how close to this area, Turkey should not stay away from these issues and activate the policies. Beyond these issues there are many problems in this area. Although these issues which affect the Turkic Republics directly or indirectly seem to current, they have historic backgrounds. Many responsibilities given to Turkey in order to strengthen the economical, cultural and political relations with the Turkic Republics. These responsibilities must be taken as an opportunity for Turkey. Because Turkey is the country who has predominant features in this geography. This paper will examine the Republic of Turkey and Turkic Republics economical and political relations from history to now. The position of Turkic Republics in the foreign policy of Turkey and its economical and political policies to follow will be main concept of this paper.
