| dc.description.abstract | İş hukukunun işçinin korunması amacına; klasik iş hukuku modelini tanımlayan “tek işveren”, “tek işyeri” ve “belirsiz süreli iş sözleşmesiyle sürekli istihdam” gibi kavramlara yabancı olan meslek amaçlı geçici iş ilişkisi, Türk İş Hukukunda 6.5.2016 tarihli ve 6715 sayılı Kanun ile yasal hale gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada mevzuatımızdaki düzenleme, ILO, AB düzenlemeleri ile Fransız ve Alman hukuklarıyla karşılaştırılarak incelenecektir. | en_US |
