Türkiye'de Dış Ticaret ve Finansmanı

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Kadir Has Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nde yüksek lisans tezi olarak hazırlanmıştır. Tezin konusunu, Türkiye’de dış ticaret ve finansmanı teşkil etmektedir. Çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde, Türkiye’nin dış ticareti; 1980 öncesi ve 1980 sonrası dönemleri olmak üzere incelenmiş, ikinci bölümünde, dış ticarette ödeme şekilleri; peşin ödeme, mal mukabili ödeme, vesaik mukabili ödeme, konsinyasyon yolu ile ödeme, kabul kredili ödeme ve akreditifli ödeme başlıkları altında ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde dış ticaretin finansman mekanizmaları; ihracatın ve ithalatın finansmanı olmak üzere iki başlık altında incelenmiştir. Çalışmamızın dördüncü yani son bölümünde ise ihracat kredi sigortası konusu incelenmiş; Dünya’daki başlıca ihracat kredi sigortası kurumları, Türk Eximbank’ın yapısı, amaçları ve sigorta programları ele alınmıştır.This study has been prepared as; graduate Thesis of Kadir Has University Institute of Social Sciences. Our dissertation represents the foreign trade and financial markets. On the first chapter the course focuses on defining the external trade of Turkey before all else 1980’s and after all. Payout variations on foreign trade, terms cash, cash-against-goods payment, payment against documents, consignation payments, draft payment and letter of credits are the main contents on the second chapter. Under the third chapter; Foreign Trade Financing Scheme; will be examined and this topic will come under two separate headings as; financing of imports and export. The last part of the course mentions about export credit insurance; leading export credit insurance organizations, the corporate profile of Turk Eximbank / purposes and scheme for insurance.
