Abstract
İnsanlığın en eski yerleşim yerlerinden biri olan, üç semavi dinin ortaya çıktığı ve
20. yüzyıldan beri “Ortadoğu” olarak adlandırılıp; siyasi ve ekonomik her türlü emelin iç ve
dış güçlerce gerçekleştirilmek istendiği, dünyanın 21. yy daki en önemli ihtiyaçlarından olan
petrol ve doğalgaz gibi yeraltı kaynakları bakımından en zengin, üzerinde tarihin başından
beri onlarca ülkenin, imparatorluğun kurulup yıkılmış olduğu, mücadelenin ve hareketliliğin
hiç eksik olmadığı bu coğrafyada son yıllarda yaşanan gelişmeler bu hareketliliğin belki de
hiç bitmeyeceğinin bir işareti olsa gerek.
11 Eylül saldırılarıyla başlayıp yeni bir döneme giren Ortadoğu coğrafyasında bir
kez daha dengeler, yönetimler değişmeye / değiştirilmeye başlanmıştır. Fakat bu değişimin
asıl herkesçe kabul edilen, zirve yaptığı dönem 2010’un Aralık ayında başlayan,
Ortadoğu’daki bütün ülkeleri etkileyen isyan dalgaları dönemidir.
Bu çalışmada “Arap Baharı”nn başlangıç tarihi olarak kabul edilen 17 Aralık 2010
ile 31 Aralık 2011 arasındaki bir yıllık süre zarfında Ortadoğu’da yaşanan değişim
dönemindeki gelişmeler incelenmiş ve bu bir yıl içerisinde yaşananlarla ilgili gazetelerinde
köşe yazıları yazmış olan; Soli Özel, Cengiz Çandar, Kerim Balcı, İbrahim Karagül, Nilgün
Cerrahoğlu ve Erol Manisalı adlı yazarların, bu olayların özellikle en yoğun, en şiddetli
şekilde yaşandığı dört ülke olan; Tunus, Libya, Mısır, Suriye hakkında ve Türkiye’nin bu
olaylar karşısındaki tutumu hakkında yazdıkları yazılar incelenmiştir. Her bir yazarın “Arap
Baharı”nda yaşanan olayları nasıl yorumladıkları ve birbirleri arasındaki yorum benzerlikleri
/ farklılıkları saptanmaya çalışılmıştır.
The developments in this region in recent years where is one of the oldest settlements of mankind and named as "Middle East" since 20th century and three monotheistic religions emerged and all kinds of political and economic ambitions have been tried to carried out by foreign forces and rich in terms of underground sources such as petrol and natural gas that are the most important needs of the world in 21th century and tens of countries and empires have been established and demolished from the beginning of the history and struggle and mobility has been continued, has to be a signal that this mobility will never last and continue forever. Balances and governments began to change / to be changed in the Middle East where entered a new era with the September 11 attacks. However, the waves of revolt affecting all countries in the Middle East beginning in December 2010 are accepted by everybody as the summit of this process. The developments in the changing period experienced in the Middle East within one year between the dates of December 17th, 2010 which is accepted as the beginning date of "Arab Spring" and December 31st, 2010, are examined in this study and the columns about four countries including Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Syria where these events had occurred in the most intense manner and most severely, of the columnists and authors named Soli Özel, Cengiz Çandar, Kerim Balcı, İbrahim Karagül, Nilgün Cerrahoğlu ve Erol Manisalı about these events experienced within one year and Turkey's attitude towards these events, are also examined. It was tried to determine the similarities / differences between these authors' reviews and interpretations about the events experienced during teh Arab Spring.
