Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Feldenkrais Metodunun Meisner Oyunculuk Metodu kapsamında "oyuncunun dinleme ve eyleme kapasitesi" üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. İki metot arasındaki bağıntı tartışılmış ve Meisner Metodu egzersizleri sırasında Feldenkrais Metodu'nun oyuncuyu nasıl destekleyebileceğinin olasılıkları analiz edilmiştir. Moshe Feldenkrais'ın Hareket Yoluyla Farkındalık derslerine katılan ve katılmayan oyuncuların Meisner Oyunculuk Metodu egzersizleri sırasındaki performansları, oyuncuların dinleme ve eyleme performansları açısından ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda, oyuncuların değerlendirmeleri, kişisel gözlem notlarımla bir araya getirilip detaylandırılmıştır.
In this study, the effect of Feldenkrais method on actor’s capacity of listening and performing (doing) within the scope of Meisner acting method, was investigated. The relationship between the two methods was discussed and the possibilities of how the Feldenkrais Method can support the actor during the Meisner Method exercises were analyzed. The performances of the actors who did and did not attend the Movement Through Awareness lessons by Moshe Feldenkrais were evaluated in terms of their listening and action performances. In this context, the experiences of the actors and the author’s observations were synthesized and elaborated.
