Abstract

Günümüzde ticari hayatın hızlılığı yanında pazara pek çok yeni firmanın katılmasıyla firmaların pazar paylarının küçülmesi karsısında rekabetin serbest hale gelmesi firmaları pek çok ticari tedbir almaya yöneltmektedir. Bu tedbirlerin içinde, firma yanında çalısanlarına yönelik bazı tedbirler almaktadır.

Especially this according to articles, competiton law must be analysed. Firstly description of competition probihition is explained. Restraint of competition prohibit people occupied with certain jobs to do their work in some issues in order to prevent them misuse the knowledge they have gained through their jobs for the benefit of themselves or other people?s. This restraint limits the freedom of competition which is one of the basic rights existing in the legislation The limitations, conditions, scope, judgement and results of the violation of these restraints limiting the competition right that is among the basic rights should be clearly determined.
