Turkiye'de Krediler -- Sendikalar -- Banka Kredileri.
ABSTRACTIn this study the syndication loans and its sectoral diversification in Turkey wasinvestigated.-The main content of this study was formed by;-The definition and history of a syndication loan,-The typesof syndication loan,-The roles, fees and rewards in a syndication loan,-The risk in syndication loan,-A summary of syndication loan,-Tax on syndication loan,-The advantages of syndication loan,-The syndication loans and its sectoral distributions in Turkey,-The characteristics of the sectors?s which could easily draw down a syndication loan,-The purposes for the syndication loan,-The effect of the syndication loans on companyA syndication loan could be defined as a type of funding source, which a group offinancial institutions (banks) agreed to lend a huge amount of money to a corporation or afinancial institution, at a predetermined maturity with an agreed interest (cost).Altough the most clear feature of these facilities was their size, the developmenthighlighted to borrowers in many real administrative benefits like; the ready ability to geta group of banks together within the same document, to be able to negotiate only for oneloan and to be able to have the banks assume much of the administrative burden ofoperations, attracted corporate and sovereign borrowers.The sectors? characteristcs were evaluated and some benchmarks were highlightedlike; the demand, the growth, the potential growth, the effectiveness through the economy.The position of a company which borroved syndication loan with fixed TRLİBORinterest fort he first time, was investigatedThe study was ended with the conclusions and recommendations about the syndicationloans.-I-
