Abstract

This study is done to explore and define the impact of human resource practices on job satisfaction of employees in ALKURAIMI bank in Yemen. In a world full of changes there is a crucial need to acquire better knowledge about the problems and things that affects employees since the employees are the most important asset for any organization. The core objective of this research is to find and explore the impact of human resource management practices in ALKURAIMI bank in Yemen. These practices include recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, training and development, compensation, working environment, job design and responsibilities, promotion, job security and appreciation. For our research, we focused on the case of ALKURAIMI bank in Yemen. A questionnaire has been distributed for around 500 Hundred of employees and 91 of them responded. We collected that primary data and used Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) computer software program to analyze data. Finally, the research is concluded with findings and recommendations for the bank to improve their HRM practices.
