Dış ticarette karşılaşılan riskler ve yönetimi : Türkiye örneği

Abstract

Günümüzde gelir düzeyleri, ekonomik, politik ve sosyal yapıları birbirinden oldukça farklılık gösteren ülkeler, daha hızlı büyüme çabası içine girmişlerdir. Gelişmiş ülkelerin sanayileşmesine paralel olarak geliştirdikleri teknolojileri ve sermaye oluşumları, ulusal sınırlarının dışına çıkmış, üretim, yönetim ve pazarlama yönünde uluslararası yapıya kavuşurlarken, az gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkeler için, küreselleşen dünyanın gelişmişlik yarışında geri kalmamak, rekabet gücü elde edebilmek ve yeni teknolojiler geliştirmek için yeni sanayileşme stratejilerine ve politikalarına, yeni teknolojilere ve bilgi birikimine gereksinim bulunmaktadır.

Today the countries that have different income levels, economic, political and social constitutions, are involved in an effort to more rapid growth. Technologies and capital formations developed in parallel with industrialization of the developed countries have gone out from national borders, and now have the international structure regarding production, management and marketing. However, less developed and developing countries require new industrialization strategies with policies, new technologies and knowledge for not falling behind to the race of development of the globalized world, achieving competitive strength and developing new technologies.Countries are turning to search for new markets because of this situation between them. Foreign trade operations have more risks because it is a more comprehensive form of trade according to domestic trade transactions. In this study, delivery and payment methods used in foreign trade financing and foreign trade were theoretically examined and tried to make visuality with tables, figures and additional informations.The purpose of this thesis is to analyse operational and financal risks encountered in foreign trade transactions. As a result, survey datas and measures for protection against the risks were evaluated with registered companies of Istanbul Chambers of Commerce.
