Abstract
Bu tezin amacı; bireysel bankacılık sektöründe müşteri kazanımını sağlayan faktörlerin günümüzde önemli bir role sahip olduğunu ortaya koyabilmektir.Yaşanan ekonomik gelişmeler ve değişimler sonucunda toplumun büyük bir kesiminin parasal alışverişte nakit kulanım yerine bankacılık sektörünün çeşitli elemanlarını kullanmalarını sağlayan değişik faktörler ele alınmıştır.Bankaların günümüzde sadece birikimleri değerlendirmek için değil günlük yaşamda hayatı kolaylaştıracak değişik unsurlar sunarak hayatımıza girmiş olması önemli bir değişikliktir.Bu tezde bankacılık sektörünün gün içinde toplumun para alışverişine katkı sağlayan pazarlama unsurlarından bahsedilecektir.
