Otoriter ve kişiselleşmiş iktidarlara sahip Ortadoğu devletleri demokratik değerlerin yayıldığı bir dünyada sorunlar yasamaktadır. Arap halkları daha demokratik adil ve dürüst hükûmetler için mücadele etmektedir. Ortadoğu’da yaşanan sorunların çözümü bölgedeki yeni düzenin nasıl kurulacağı meşruiyet sorunun nasıl ve hangi aktörlerle aşılacağı önemli bir noktadır. -- özet'ten.Having authoritative and monarchic rulership Middle - East countries live in a world in which democratic values spread. Arabian populace is struggling to get much more democratic, fare and honest rules. The resolution of the problems happening now in Middle -East, how to set up a new order, how to solve constituonalism problem and with which leader are the important ones.In this thesis, Nasır dominance in Egypt is asssesed. The charismatic leadership concept of Weber offers and insight into how Nasır proceeded constitutionalism and how he lost it. After nationalization of state assets, Nasır became a charismatic leader with his a leading role in Arabic. That is the start point of the work. In this thesis, the isssue of resources of constitutionalism and authoritative rulership are detailed. Then how Nasır became a leader in Arabian world, his leadership title and how he lost constitutionalism is assessed through the developments of the political period.
