Abstract

Bu makale Anayasa Mahkemesi’nin Cumhurbaşkanı Seçim Kanunu Üzerine verdiği kararının incelenmesine ayırılmıştır. Makale Anayasa Mahkemesi kararının daha çok Onbirinci Cumhurbaşkanının görev süresine dair yorumlarını, konu ile ilgili doktrindeki görüşlerle birlikte, incelemektedir.“This article analyzes the judgement of the Turkish Constitutional Court dealing with the constitutionality of the Law on Presidential Elections.
