Going against the national cultural grain: a longitudinal case study of organizational culture change in Turkish higher education

This paper presents results of a longitudinal case study inquiry into the measurement of organizational culture change through the implementation of total quality management (TQM) concepts in a higher education context. The inquiry deals with the relationship between national culture and the company corporate culture the consequences of manager style change for TQM implementation and how culture change can be measured adequately. The results are achieved by the utilization of external (quantitative) and internal (qualitative) measurement devices. Limitations consequent upon the number of participants and the dual role of the researcher indicate the potential value of further investigations into the topic using these devices. The main conclusion is that the maintenance of TQM systems without continued senior managerial commitment may not suffice to secure change and prevent a reversion to earlier cultural patterns. Certainly since the findings of this inquiry are limited to one case study it would be unwise to assume that similar results would necessarily pertain in other higher education contexts. Nevertheless we are of the view that the findings are suggestive of the pressures imposed on organizational change by national cultural patterns. The devices implemented for measuring organizational cultural change while not designed for that purpose have however yielded sufficiently well-defined results to suggest the value of similar implementations to gain insight into the topic in further higher education and other organizational contexts.

Morphotectonic development of the southern Black Sea region and the Bosphorus channel

The southern coast of the Black Sea is bounded by the east-west trending Pontides and Strandjas mountain ranges and between them flows the Bosphorus a narrow channel representing the only seaway connecting the Black Sea with the Aegean-Mediterranean system. All of these morphological entities are young formed during the Plio-Quaternary period. A major force in the formation of the Pontides has been north-south compression generated in eastern Anatolia by the progressive northward advance of the Arabian Plate. At its western end the Pontides terminate in the Marmara region where north-south extension has been deforming the land since the Late Miocene producing a number of grabens and horsts aligned east to west. The Strandjas represent one of these horsts that extends westward along the trend of the Pontides to form the Black Sea's southwestern margin. Located between the Pontides and the Strandjas are the lowlands around Istanbul where deep erosion has produced a flat-lying surface. Beginning in the Pliocene when the North Anatolian Fault (NAF) extended into the Marmara Sea basin the Istanbul horst began to be deformed under a dextral shear stress regime. This regime generated conjugated pairs of oblique faults which caused the Bosphorus to take shape as a zigzagging channel. © 2007 Springer.

A Study of 8th Graders’ Perceptions of Socio-Cultural Perspective of Creativity by Using Information Technology Tools in realisation of Homework Goals

The study aims at evaluating the perceptions of 8(th) graders towards the use of information technologies ranging from the internet and multimedia tools in socio-cultural perspective of creativity while they are doing their homework in the light of the National Education Ministry's regulation related to elementary and secondary school students' extra-curricular activities. The population of the research that was realised by data collected through survey method consists of 8(th) grade students in elementary and secondary schools in Istanbul. Randomly chosen 435 students from five schools in Istanbul make the sample of the research. In terms of students' perceptions results of the study show that regardless of gender students enjoy discovering and exploiting online and offline resources through problem solving skills especially when they have the opportunity to do this on their own which also shows that they think they feel more confident mobile and creative in cyber but socio-cultural reality.

İşgücünün Yüklenmesi: Yüksek Öğretimde Bilgi Ekonomisine Dayalı E-Materyal Geliştirme Süreçleri

Universities as distinguished representatives of higher education bear great responsibilities for providing quality and innovative perspectives to their individuals. Costs and benefits of distributing high quality knowledge equally and of the best quality suggest a merge of some concepts such as learning or knowledge with economic resourcefulness in regard to cost-effectiveness. Basic instructional instruments such as syllabi, curriculums, presentations, and course notes are essential in realizing educational targets and achieving desired success. Traditional processing and application of these tools slows down efficient and quick access to learning and teaching activities. In this regard, e-materializing these instructional dynamics creates an accelerated and facilitated progression of educational activities. Overall, this study aims at developing an insight into past and current developments and applications regarding knowledge, information and data transformation processes in higher education in the sense of economic efficiency, usability, and productivity for achieving an innovative learning environment. Based on the relevant literature, this analysis first of all introduces basic concepts such as knowledge and information. Based on the tripod of education, economy, and environment, the study defines e-materialization channels in higher education and it further questions possible ways and technological tools for achieving an enhanced cost-effective learning setting in the digital world of education. Discussed in different aspects, further analyses were made concerning the suggested approach for an effective and economical transformation and use of educational knowledge and sources. Finally, an overview of the subject was provided for further discussions that will pave the way for maintaining a cost-effective and efficient learning environment for higher education with new concepts and forms.

İMPARATORLUĞUN “EN UZUN ON YILI”NI YAZMAK: ÖMER SEYFETTİN HİKÂYELERİNDE FARKLI “ON TEMMUZ”LAR

Ömer Seyfettin, 36 yıllık kısa yaşantısına yedi ciltlik büyük bir külliyatı oluşturacak kadar makale ve öykü sığdırmıştır. Seyfettin’in kısa ama verimli yazarlık yaşamında II. Meşrutiyet’in ilanının (Hicri, 10 Temmuz 1324), ya da bazılarının isimlendirdiği gibi 1908 Devrimi’nin ve sonrasındaki gelişmelerin büyük etkisi vardır. Ömer Seyfettin’in 1902’de başladığını söyleyebileceğimiz yazarlık yaşantısında ana malzemelerinden biri; Meşrutiyet, İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti ve onun çevresinde dönen düşünce akımları olmuştur. Yazar, önceleri bir asker sonra ise bir “muharrir” ve “öykücü” olarak hem bu süreçte görev almış hem de yazdığı makale ve öykülerle bu sürece yön vermiştir. Bu çalışmada Ömer Seyfettin’in bazı makaleleri ve öyküleri seçilerek, 1908’de ilan edilen Meşrutiyet’e, İttihat ve Terakki’ye ve İttihatçılara ilişkin görüşleri irdelenmiş ve bu görüşlerin ardındaki dinamikler ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Meşrutiyetin ilanı sonrasındaki sıcak günleri Rumeli’de bir asker olarak yaşayan Ömer Seyfettin’in askerlikten ayrılarak Selanik’e gelmesiyle İttihat ve Terakki’yle olan ilişkisinin de kuvvetlendiği görülmektedir. Özelikle “Yeni Lisan” hareketinin teorisyenlerinden biri olarak Genç Kalemler dergisinin önemli isimlerinden biri olan yazar, bu dergi vesilesiyle sunduğu katkılarla da Cemiyet’in 1908 sonrası kültürel programının oluşmasında söz sahibi olmuştur. Ancak Seyfettin’in Meşrutiyet’e, İttihat ve Terakki’ye ve İttihatçılığa bakışının değişmeden kaldığı, her zaman Parti’nin ideallerini paylaştığı ve desteklediği söylenemez. Bu çalışma kapsamında çeşitli dönemde yazdığı makalelere ve öykülere baktığımızda yazarın kimi zaman İttihatçıları ve ideallerini ateşli bir biçimde savunduğu, kimi zaman da değişen konjonktürle birlikte onları şiddetli bir biçimde eleştirdiği görülmektedir. Elbette, 1908’den 1918’e kadar, Osmanlı imparatorluğunun belki de “en uzun 10 yılı”nı şekillendiren İttihat ve Terakki’nin, bütünlüklü “tek” bir hikâyesini anlatmak mümkün değildir. Ömer Seyfettin’in makaleleri ve öyküleriyle kendisini gösteren değişken tavrı da bunun bir göstergesi olarak değerlendirilebilir.

THOUGHTS ON INTERPELLATION AND INTERTEXTUALITY AMONG FACEBOOK COVER PHOTOS OF FOUR MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES AS VISUAL NARRATIVES DURING THE TURKISH GENERAL ELECTION OF 2015 CAMPAIGN

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı ve ilgi odağı, görsel anlatı süreçlerinin 2015 genel seçim sürecinde Adelet ve Kalkınma Partisi (AKP), Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi (CHP), Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi (MHP) ve Halkların Demokratik Partisi (HDP) gibi Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisinde temsil edilen dört siyasi partinin resmi Facebook sayfalarındaki kapak fotoğrafları üzerinden nasıl işlediğini değerlendirmektir. Oy talebi ve desteği çağrısını resimleyen kapak fotoğrafları siyasi rekabet iletişimi kurma ve sosyal,siyasal ve ideolojik yanıtlar temin etme amacındadırlar. Bu dört siyasi partinin Facebook profillerindeki kapak fotoğraflarını örnek olarak kullanarak bu çalışma metinlerarasılı ve çağrı süreçlerini ve bu kavramların, izleyici konumundaki oy verenlerin tekli görsel metinlerce üretilen anlatım sürecinde birer katılımcı ve destekçiye dönüşmesine nasıl katkıda bulunduğunu anlamaya çalışır. Oy ve destek isteme görsel çağrısı sürecinde ne tür anlatı süreçlerinin devreye girdiği ve bu süreçlerin nasıl işlediği ve izleyici özneler olarak oy verenlerin ilgili sisyasi partilerin Facebook kapak fotoğraflarındaki görsel metinlere gore nasıl pozisyon değiştirebildikleri bu çalışmadayanıtları aranan ve tartışılan temel sorular arasındadır. Niteliksel yöntem kullanarak çalışma konuyu genel bir karşılaştırma ile sonuçlandırır.

How to Transform Language Education for Next Generation Learners: A Path to Follow in Higher Education in the 21st Century

With the changing face of education technology is a powerful asset for the 21st century teachers and students if pedagogy is considered as the major concern rather than technology itself. Technology seems very attractive to teachers and students but it is good to keep in mind that it is not just games and applications. We must see not only it as fun but also its functional power on learning teaching and assessing. As teachers change the way they teach due to new technologies the traditional pedagogy is replaced by student-centered and project-based learning and teaching. This can provide a deeper understanding and learning and greater student success. Therefore an effective next generation teaching needs to meet the 21st century expectations. Schools and teachers must be well-equipped with new genres and resources so that they can enhance the necessary skills and attitudes of students

THOUGHTS ON INTERPELLATION AND INTERTEXTUALITY AMONG FACEBOOK COVER PHOTOS OF FOUR MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES AS VISUAL NARRATIVES DURING THE TURKISH GENERAL ELECTION OF 2015 CAMPAIGN

The main goal and interest in this paper is to explore how visual narrative processes function through single visual texts as cover photos on official Facebook pages of four major political parties (Justice and Development Party (JDP) a.k.a. AKP Republican People's Party (RPP) a.k.a. CHP Nationalist Movement Party (NMP) a.k.a. MHP and Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) a.k.a. HDP) represented in the Turkish Grand Assembly during general election campaign of 2015. The cover photos which illustrate appeal for vote and support are intended to communicate political competition and elicit political ideological support and social responses. Using these cover photos on the Facebook profiles of these political parties as a sample the paper reflects on intertexuality and interpellation processes and how these concepts contribute to further understanding the ways that engaged voters as viewers become participants and supporters in the narratives generated by these single visual texts. What narrative processes are in action during an encounter with a visual appeal for vote and support and how these processes function and how voters as viewing subjects might be able to exchange positions differently in relation to the visual texts appearing in the Facebook cover photos of the related political parties are the main questions to be answered and discussed in this study. Using a qualitative methodology the study concludes with an overall comparative evaluation of the subject.

Young learners' objectives related to multimedia use and homework completion

Individuals of all ages are inevitably affected by today's technology. The main purpose of this study is to explore the objectives of 8th grade students related to the utilization of multimedia instruments ranging from personal computers to the Internet use while they are doing their homework. Specifically it tries to find out whether there is a significant relationship between «for what purposes 8th graders use multimedia tools» and «which personal traits are reinforced while doing homework with multimedia tools?» where gender differences were also taken into consideration in the analysis of the related items in the questionnaire form. The population of the study is made up of 435 students who were randomly selected from five secondary schools in the city of Istanbul Turkey. As a data collection method a questionnaire form with a set of related research questions was used. Findings from the study show that 8th graders in their use of multimedia platforms are provided with a more interactive and independent learning environment where they can find more learning aids while accomplishing their homework objectives. Gender-based evidence from the study shows that digitally male students are more active and they exploit the fun side of homework more compared to their female counterparts.

Elderly People's Choice of Media and their Perceived State of Loneliness

This study aims at finding the relationship between elderly people's perceived state of loneliness and their choice of (old and/or new) media instruments. The sample of the study consists of randomly selected 300 elderly people over 60 who reside in rest homes in two different cities, Hatay and Istanbul in Turkey. Participants were given a questionnaire with three sections. The first section included questions related to the participants' demographic characteristics. Adapted from Russell's (1996) "Loneliness Scale (Version 3)", the second part was related to participants' perceived state of loneliness. Final section was about their choice of media and related details such as aim and time spent on them. Analyzed by statistical methods, study findings show that elderly people from two different social settings and with changing demographic features display differing degrees of loneliness with a significant relationship between the forms of media they used, their related choices, aims and perceived state of loneliness.

TEMAŞA-İ DÜNYA VE CEFAKÂR U CEFAKEŞ'TE GELENEKSEL FOLKLOR BİÇİMLERİ

Evangelinos Misailidis’in 1871-1872 yıllarında Yunan harfli Türkçe (Karamanlıca) olarak yazdığı Temaşa-i Dünya ve Cefakâr u Cefakeş, bugüne kadar yapılan çalışmalarda genellikle O Polipathis (1839) adlı Yunanca romanın uyarlaması olarak ele alınmış ve özgünlüğü yeterince vurgulanmamıştır. Bu makalede; Temaşa-i Dünya’nın, Polipathis’te yer almayan Osmanlı edebiyatına özgü geleneksel folklor biçimleri içermesi nedeniyle özgün bir roman olarak değerlendirilmesi gerektiği ileri sürülmektedir. Çalışmada öncelikle Temaşa-i Dünya’daki geleneksel folklor biçimlerinin çeşitliliği ve kaynakları belirlenmiş ve bunların hangi edebî araçlarla metne dâhil edildikleri ortaya konulmuştur. Söz konusu unsurların anlatıcı söylemini nasıl etkiledikleri ve yazar tarafından hangi işlevlerde kullanıldıkları çözümlenmiştir. Buna göre, Temaşa-i Dünya’da, Müslüman ve gayrimüslim farklı kaynak ve geleneklerden beslenen sözlü ve basılı kültür ürünlerinin temelde anlatısal ve çerçeve hikâyeden sapma olarak iki biçimde metne yerleştirildiği görülmektedir. Sapmalar hem işlevsel olarak hem de söylem düzleminde geleneksel hikâye anlatıcısından izler taşımaktadır. Misailidis’in anlatıcısı geleneksel hikâye anlatıcısına benzer bir biçimde aktif bir özne olarak anlatacağı hikâyeleri metinde Karamanlı okur topluluğuna vereceği iletilere uygun olarak seçmiş ve yönlendirmiştir. Bununla birlikte, metinde geleneksel anlatıların olağanüstü ögelerden arındırıldığı ve gerçekçi bir üslup ve içerikle aktarıldığı söylenebilir. Ayrıca, söz konusu anlatılar benöyküsel anlatıcının sınırlı bakış açısının aşılmasına ve farklı deneyimlerin aktarılmasına da zemin hazırlamıştır. Temaşa-i Dünya içerdiği pek çok deyim ve atasözleri ile on dokuzuncu yüzyıl İstanbulu’nun folklorik bir panoramasını da sunmaktadır.

Osmanlı Tefrika Çalışmalarında Göz Ardı Edilen Bir Kaynak: Karamanlıca Anatoli Gazetesi

Son dönemde Osmanlı tefrika tarihi üzerine yapılan çalışmalar, 19. yüzyılda Osmanlı coğrafyasında Türkçe ya da farklı dillerde üretilen edebiyatın daha önce bilinmeyen ya da unutulmuş yazar ve eserlerini ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bu makalede Osmanlı tefrika çalışmalarında göz ardı edilen bir kaynak olarak Karamanlıca (Yunan harfli Türkçe) Anatoli gazetesinde yayımlanan tefrika kurmaca eserler tanıtılacak ve gazetede tefrikaların en yoğun olduğu 1888-1899 dönemine yakından bakılacaktır. Türkofon Ortodoks Hıristiyan okurlara yönelik olarak çıkarılan gazetede söz konusu dönemde üretilen edebiyat hakkında, yazarların önsözleri, editöryel açıklamalar, gazeteye gönderilen okur mektupları ve ilanlar gibi paratekstler göz önünde bulundurularak bazı gözlemlerde bulunulacaktır.

Impacts of Technology Enhanced EFL Reading Classroom on Student Learning and Achievement

Technology is considered one of the most important aspects of education. Today not only college education but also language teaching is being challenged by the development of technology. Since technology is regarded as a powerful asset for the 21st century teachers and students pedagogy must be a priority rather than technology itself. As institutions schools and colleges change the way they teach due to new technologies and convert their current curriculum and teaching strategies into newer ones to equip today's learners a deeper understanding of the subjects and greater student success can be evidential. Therefore an effective next generation teaching needs to fulfill the expectations of the 21st century in English as a Foreign Language (EFL). This paper presents students' attitudes to technology enhanced reading classroom and its effects on their academic achievement at Kadir Has University School of Foreign Languages English Preparatory Program. From this analysis if appropriate technology is integrated into reading lessons the students seem to reflect a positive attitude towards reading. It is concluded that with a well-equipped and staged classroom presentation and instruction deficient reading activities in the current text book became more communicative and collaborative by using technology. The results also reveal that students have become more efficient readers and have achieved significant academic progress. The study implies that technology enhanced reading lessons have improved their motivation toward learning. However it should be kept in mind that technology rapidly changes so constant updating is required for such institutions and teachers. This work is primarily conducted and seeks to shed light on the importance and benefits of technology enhanced classrooms.

"Bilgi Teknolojileri ile Geliştirilmiş İngilizce Okuma Derslerinin Öğrencilerin Öğrenme ve Başarıları Üzerindeki Etkileri"

Teknoloji eğitimin önemli unsurlarından biridir. Günümüzde, sadece üniversite öğrencileri değil, dil öğretimi de teknolojinin sürekli gelişmesi ile karşı karşıya gelmektedir. Her ne kadar bilgi teknolojileri, 21. yüzyıl öğretmenleri ve öğrencileri için etkin bir araç olarak görülse de, pedagoji her zaman ön planda tutulmalıdır. Kurumlar, okullar ve üniversiteler eğer varolan öğretim programı ve öğretim stratejilerini yenilerler ise, o zaman öğrencilerin konuları anlamasındaki gelişim ve başarı düzeylerinde artış gözlemlenebilir. İşte bu yüzden, yeni nesle yönelik etkin bir öğretimin 21. yüzyılda İngilizceyi yabancı dil (EFL) olarak öğrenmedeki beklentilerini karşılayabilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Kadir Has Üniversitesi Yabancı Diller İngilizce Hazırlık Programı’na devam etmekte olan öğrencilerin teknoloji ile geliştirilmiş okuma derslerine yönelik görüşleri incelenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmelere göre; uygun ve yeterli bilgi teknolojileri okuma derslerinin içeriğine uygulandığında, öğrencilerin okuma derslerine yönelik görüşlerinin olumlu yönde değiştiği gözlemlenmiştir. Doğru ders malzemeleri ve sıralama ile sunulan bir ders içeriği ve akışı, kurumda okutulan okuma ders kitabındaki yetersiz olan aktiviteleri daha iletişimsel ve işbirlikci bir öğretim haline dönüştürmüştür. Ayrıca elde edilen sonuçlar; öğrencilerin daha etkin okuyucular haline geldiğini ve gözle görülebilir akademik başarı elde ettiklerini göstermektedir. Bu durum, öğrencilerin okumaya ve öğrenmeye karşı olan tutumlarını da olumlu yönde etkilemiştir. Fakat, teknolojinin gün ve gün hızla gelişmesi karşısında, kurumlar ve öğretmenler için de güncelleme yapmak kaçınılmazdır. Bu ön çalışma ile, bilgi teknolojileri ile geliştirilmiş derslerin önemi ve faydalarının açığa çıkmasına ışık tutması amaçlanmıştır.

Comparing task-based instruction and traditional instruction on task engagement and vocabulary development in secondary language education

The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare the impact of task-based instruction (TBI) and traditional instruction (TI) on the motivation and vocabulary development in secondary language education. The focus of the study was to also find out the perceptions of teachers about implementing these two instructional methods in their teaching practices. The participants were 97 students and 2 teachers engaged in the 7th grade EFL program at a private school in Istanbul Turkey. Data was collected quantitatively from a vocabulary check test and motivation scale as well as qualitatively from semi-structured interviews. The findings revealed that implementing TBI had positive impact on students' vocabulary development as well as their motivation. In line with these findings it was also suggested that teachers perceived TBI to be a more effective method to be incorporated in secondary grade language practices. Based on the gathered findings suggestions for redesigning and implementing the existing 7th grade EFL program were provided.

Bu makale, Hıristiyan Ortodoks Osmanlı vatandaşı EvangelinosMisailidis (1820-1890) tarafından Yunan harfli Türkçe (Karamanlıca) olarak yazılmış bir kurmaca metin olan Temaşa-i Dünya ve Cefakâr u Cefakeş’in (1871-1872); Yunanca yazılmış O Polipathis (1839) adlı romanın “taklit bir metni” olarak değerlendiren görüşün eleştirisinden oluşmaktadır. Temel olarak Gérard Genette’in kuramsal çerçevesi ve anlatıbilimsel kavramlarıyla bakıldığında; Misailidis’in Polipathis’i özellikle zaman, mekân ve kapanış kavramları üzerinden anlamsal olarak dönüşüme uğrattığı görülmektedir. Dolayısıyla bu çalışma, bir yazarın bir metni farklı stratejiler kullanarak nasıl “yeniden yazıp” dönüştürebileceği meselesine de odaklanmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, Temaşa-i Dünya’nın sunduğu anlatım olanakları ve farklı yazma stratejileriyle 19. yüzyıl çokdilli Osmanlı dünyasını ve edebiyatını anlamamızda yol gösterici özgün bir roman olarak değerlendirilmesi gerektiği belirtilmektedir

Karakoncolos/kalikancaros inancı Türkiye’de başta İç Anadolu ve Karadeniz bölgesi olmak üzere, Yunanistan, Bulgaristan ve Sırbistan’a kadar Balkanlar’da geniş bir coğrafyada görülmektedir. Türkçede yapılan derlemelerde kimi zaman farklı isimlerle anılsa da karakoncolosun görüldüğü dönem ve özellikleri benzerlik gösterir. Buna göre, yılın en soğuk günlerinde yeryüzüne çıktığına inanılan karakoncolos, çoğu zaman tüylü, hayvana benzeyen, insanlara musallat olan ve onları tedirgin eden bir yaratık olarak betimlenmektedir. Karakoncolos inancına yer veren Türkçedeki ilk yazılı kaynaklardan biri ise Evliya Çelebi’nin Seyahatnâmesi’dir. Bugün özellikle Doğu Karadeniz’de “karakoncilo” gibi oyunlarda bir gelenek ya da Türkçe edebiyat ve sinemada nadiren de olsa bir imge olarak varlığını devam ettirse de çoğunluk tarafından unutulmuş hatta hiç bilinmeyen bir inanıştır. Öte yandan, Yunancada çoğunlukla kalikancaros adıyla anılan bu inanışa dair anlatılar, oldukça erken bir tarihte halk bilimci Nikolaos Politis tarafından derlenmiştir (1904). Bu çalışmada öncelikle söz konusu derlemede yer alan anlatılardan söz edilerek bu anlatıların bugünkü Yunanca çocuk edebiyatında Filippos Mandilaras tarafından yeniden yazımlarına değinilecektir. Bugünkü Yunanistan’da özellikle Noel döneminde gerek okullardaki müzikli gösterilerle gerekse yayımlanan çocuk kitaplarının popüler bir figürü olarak varlıklarını devam ettirdikleri ortaya konacaktır. Geniş bir coğrafyaya yayılmış olan bu inancın Türkçe ve Yunanca kaynaklardaki aktarımlarına genel olarak bakıldığında incelenen Türkçe kaynakların daha çok Doğu Karadeniz bölgesinden derlendiğini ve unutulmaya yüz tutmuş bir gelenek olarak nadiren yaşatıldığını görebiliriz. Bugünkü Yunanistan’da ise Velloudios’un hâlâ dolaşımda olan çizimlerinin de etkisiyle kalikancaros inancının çocuk edebiyatının “millî” ve popüler bir unsuru olarak varlığını devam ettirdiği görülmektedir.
